Sidecar delivered the Project Management and Superintendent Services for this major industrial upgrade, including a BP service station and four-storeys of storage constructed on a 10,0000 sqm site over 15 months. At the time of construction, this was the only Australian self-storage company offering the customer complete remote access, so technical planning and electrical rollout was critical.

The project required close management of number of challenges including decontamination, latent site conditions, sustained periods of wet weather, rising construction costs and changes in the subcontractor market. Adding to complexity, was the location, that required direct interface with an adjoining BP service station, a major arterial road and a Queensland Rail corridor. The project was successfully delivered on time and budget.
